Our Mission
Communication differences cause almost 40% of all team conflicts within organizations, according to the Harvard Business Review. The lack of effective discourse and miscommunication are a glaring issues that poison not only workplaces, but friends and family alike. CommuniCraft's mission is to equip today's youth with writing and speaking skills that will promote a more articulate, cooperative future.
We dream of a world where people can better express their ideas and work together.
History
The Silicon Valley is built upon some of the most various backgrounds, cultures, and ideas in the country. But how do we collaborate despite our diverse differences? In the spring of 2023, Keara Morrow- a freshman at Archbishop Mitty High School- noticed the prevalent issue of miscommunication within her own contrasting communities. So, she founded a new program that would combat just that: CommuniCraft, a non-profit that inspires 3-5th grade students to communicate efficiently through both writing and speech.
